Casa Salinas is typically Spanish – Moorish in design – and from the partly glazed roof terrace there is a fabulous view of the nearby salt lakes, the Mediterranean and the distant mountains (pic above). The nearest beach is just 600 metres away and is very family friendly.
The house has two bedrooms (one on the ground floor with two single beds and one on the first floor with a double bed), a lounge/diner/kitchen, a bathroom on the first floor and a downstairs toilet.
The lounge and the two bedrooms all have fans and air conditioning units. The lounge/dining room has a sofa and comfortable, reclining chair and also a dining table with four chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and washing machine. It is also fully equipped with cutlery/plates/glasses etc.
The second floor is given over to a roof terrace, part glazed, which affords magnificent views of the salt lakes, the Mediterranean and the mountains. There are chairs and a table and sunbeds on the terrace.
The front garden – private and secluded – includes a patio area which has a table (with large sun canopy) and six chairs. There is a barbecue provided. It really is a beautiful place to sit quietly in the evening with a glass of wine – unless of course you prefer to go to the roof terrace!
Two portable sun chairs are provided for use on the beach.
All linen/towels etc are included in the hire (NOT beach towels).
